On behalf of the Malaysian Society of Neurosciences, I would like to invite you to attend the biennial Asian and Oceanian Congress of Neurology (AOCN), which will be held in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) on 18-21 August 2016.
The local organising committee will be working closely with the regional neurology experts in planning a comprehensive program for all clinicians and scientists in the field of neurosciences. We aim to provide a platform to discuss the practice and future of neurology in this region, to present the recent advances in various neurology fields, as well as to promote regional collaborations and networking. For young clinicians and scientists, this congress will enrich your learning through pre-congress workshops, teach-in sessions and debates on hot topics. In addition, we would also like to promote regional research by creating a presentation platform for regional and young investigators.
Kuala Lumpur is metropolis locating in the center of the Asia-Pacific, which eases traveling by having frequent connecting flights with various cities in the Asian-Oceanian region. Kuala Lumpur is also a city enriched with its multi-ethnic cultures and food, and it has a tropical warm and sunny rainforest climate. In addition, with its political and economic stability, it will enable an affordable and safe travel experience.
Please join us in making this congress a success, which aims to promote the development and advancement of neurology services and research in the region.
